Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Overland Park-West By Ihg, Overland Park

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, very clean, and extremely comfortable with a nice view of the courtyard pool. The service was top-notch, especially from the front desk team. The location was perfect, easy to find with lots of space and close to interesting attractions like the WWI Museum. The dining experience was great with good options and attentive service.

The hotel rooms are spacious but a bit out of date. They come equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and a closet cabinet for hanging clothes, but were a bit loud at night due to other guests' activities. The service has consistently been exceptional, with particularly accommodating staff at the front desk. The location is convenient, near the freeway and close to great BBQ joints. Dining options are available, including a continental breakfast for an extra fee, providing good service and options. Overall, a comfortable stay for the price.
